Get ready for a mini pop culture adventure at the Music City Mall in Odessa, Tx! We will have have performances, a cosplay contest, vendors and more!
With panels, workshops, and screenings featuring the latest and greatest in Pop Culture, you'll have the chance to learn from the best and get a sneak peek at what's to come. Plus, our exhibition hall is filled with vendors offering everything from rare collectibles to the latest merchandise, so you can take home a piece of the action.

BOOTH RULES AND DETAILS:
Please be aware of the following details concerning your tables:
o - All tables must be covered with a black tablecloth. There are no exceptions to this rule. Tablecloths can be rented at vendor check-in for $15.
o - We will NOT have tables or chairs on hand for rent. If you did not select the rental for tables then you will not be able to get one from the event.
o -- Space changes cannot be requested. We will not move your space unless there is an issue with the mall.
o - Mall Hours Saturday are 7 am-8 pm and Sunday 8 am-6 pm. These ARE NOT show hours but the mall will have people moving freely. Please understand that your goods will be unmonitored at these times if not monitored by you or your staff. You are allowed to come in prior to show hours to reset and or monitor merch. (recommended)
o - Any merchandise left at the show will be done so at the vendor's risk at the end of each day. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking anything of high value or merchandise with you at the end of each day. (Not Required)
o - Please carry insurance to ensure your property is covered. (Not required)
o - Fixtures above 10ft will not be allowed at the show.
o - Spaces can only be marked so well due to mall policies. Please respect your neighbor's space. The booths are only 8x6.
o - Your space MUST BE CLEANED prior to you leaving. Any trash, boxes, zip ties or other debris left in your area will result in up to a $200 fee being charged the card on file.
o - You CANNOT MOVE IN AFTER LOAD IN HOURS BELOW. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
o THE MALL CLOSES PROMPTLY AT 8:30 PM SATURDAY AND 6:30 PM SUNDAY DOORS WILL BE LOCKED AND YOU WON'T BE ALLOWED BACK IN.
